Who We Are

Established in 2019, Development and Impact Advisory Ltd (formerly SAMAB Development Ltd) is a multidisciplinary management consulting and social impact organisation committed to advancing sustainable development in emerging and fragile contexts. We develop, strengthen, and transform systems for strategic impact on people and communities. DIAL has delivered consulting and advisory services to leading organisations including TracTac MSL (Mastercard Foundation–funded ISSAM Project), Tearfund Nigeria (GBV, Safeguarding, Transforming Masculinity (TM), & Women Economic Empowerment – E.J. Spice Project), the Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS), and Today for Tomorrow Foundation (TFF), providing expertise in gender, social inclusion & Safeguarding (GESI) and gender-based violence (GBV) and transforming masculinity (TM) including HIV/AIDS; development, humanitarian, social & market research; monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and performance management; analytics, insights, learning, & adaptation; and entrepreneurship and livelihood empowerment for women, youth, and marginalised groups, etc.

Our team comprises seasoned experts with extensive experience designing, managing, supporting, and evaluating projects, programmes, and portfolios funded by leading global donors, including the Mastercard Foundation, USAID, FCDO, USDA, BHA/OFDA, SIDA, GAC, BMZ (KfW), USADF, the EU, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, OSIWA, MacArthur Foundation, the Packard Foundation, and the CDC. Collectively, the Development and Impact Advisory team has worked with major international development organisations and implemented programmes across more than 40 African countries.
